Internship Title: Creative Content Intern

Reports to: Creatives Organizer & Content Creator
Location: Hybrid (Inland Empire-based preferred)
Commitment: 10–15 hours/week for 3 months
Stipend: $1,500
About the Role:
Arts Connection is seeking a Creative Marketing Intern to support digital storytelling and content production across platforms. This intern will help create and curate visuals, videos, and other multimedia content to showcase artists, promote events, and elevate the local creative ecosystem. Intern will be assigned to attend events to document and develop video and image content. Must be available some evenings and weekends.
This project-based learning internship is eligible for college credit. If you pursue college credit, you are eligible to obtain an additional stipend. Arts Connection can support you in learnig more about this route.
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
- Photography and/or video editing skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- A passion for art, design, and community impact
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Create graphics, reels, and short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Support social media scheduling, analytics, and community engagement
• Edit photography and video footage from events, artist residencies, and exhibitions
• Maintain consistent visual storytelling aligned with the Arts Connection brand
• Collaborate on campaigns to promote artist opportunities, public art, and cultural happenings
